1. Class management: Lead the class together with the Chinese homeroom teacher to ensure that children can learn and live in a safe and empowered environment, carry out weekly class meetings and make weekly plans.
2. Support children: be good at using resources to support children’s proactive inquiry and personalized learning, and write children observation and assessment reports.
3. Home-school communication: active and effective communication with parents and regular feedback
4. Teaching activities: actively participate in the activities of the park, prepare the activities and carry out curriculum penetration.
5. Creation of learning environment: Adjust classroom resources according to curriculum progress and children’s needs to record and support children’s learning.
Job Requirements:
1. Major requirements: Bachelor degree or above (education, linguistics background preferred) kindergarten teaching experience, thematic teaching experience or PBL teaching experience
2. Quality requirements: tolerant and diverse mentality, awareness of lifelong learning, active exploration, courage to challenge, good communication quality.
Language requirements: Native English speaker, cross-cultural communication ability.
